SCube GmailSyncForce ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that bridges Gmail and Salesforce. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and — crucially — what it never does with your data.
✅ The short version: your data never leaves your browser except to go directly to your own Salesforce org or your chosen AI provider using your own API key. We collect nothing. We store nothing on our servers. We have no servers.
The Extension reads the following data solely to perform its core function — logging Gmail emails to Salesforce:

There is no intermediate server, proxy, or third-party service operated by SCube.
If you configure AI summarisation, the Extension sends the email thread to your chosen provider using your own API key. SCube never receives your API key or the email content.

| alarms | Powers the Send Later feature — schedules a wake-up to reopen a drafted email at a user-specified future time. |
| notifications | Displays a local desktop notification when a Send Later email is about to be sent so you can cancel if needed. |
| mail.google.com | Runs the content script that injects the Salesforce Hub panel and sidebar into Gmail. |
| *.salesforce.com / *.force.com | Makes REST API calls directly to your Salesforce org for SOQL queries, Task creation, file uploads, and Chatter posts. |
| AI provider domains | Sends email thread text to your chosen AI provider using your own API key, only when you explicitly click the Summarise button. |
All data stored by the Extension lives exclusively in chrome.storage.local on your device:
Uninstalling the Extension removes all locally stored data automatically via Chrome's standard extension lifecycle.
chrome.storage.local, sandboxed to the Extension and not accessible by websites or other extensionsThe Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children. It is a professional productivity tool intended for Salesforce users in a business context.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
