1. Overview

SCube BoltForce ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that provides Salesforce developer tools — SOQL query runner, metadata explorer, record export, and org utilities — directly in your browser. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and what it never does with your data.

2. Data the Extension Accesses

The Extension accesses the following data solely to provide its developer toolkit features:

• Salesforce session token — read from your active Salesforce session cookies (read-only) to authenticate API requests directly to Salesforce. Never stored persistently or transmitted externally.
• User preferences — theme, default API version, CSV separator, keyboard shortcuts, feature visibility; stored only in chrome.storage.local
• Query history — last 50 SOQL queries you've run, stored only in chrome.storage.local
• Saved queries — SOQL queries you've explicitly saved, stored only in chrome.storage.local
• Connection information — last used Salesforce org URL and org type, stored only in chrome.storage.local for reconnection convenience

3. How Data Is Used

• Salesforce API calls — your session token is used to make authenticated calls directly from your browser to Salesforce: SOQL queries, metadata describes, record export, record cloning, and other org utilities
• Local storage only — query history, saved queries, and settings are stored locally and displayed in the extension; they never leave your device

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store any Salesforce data (records, query results, org data) on any server we operate
• We do not collect analytics, usage metrics, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind
• We do not store your session token or credentials beyond the active browser session
• We do not share any data with any third party
• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any external SDKs
• We do not have user accounts, registration, or any server-side infrastructure

6. Data Storage & Retention

All data stored by the Extension lives exclusively in chrome.storage.local on your device:

• Session token — used only during the active session; never stored persistently
• Settings — retained until you clear them or uninstall the Extension
• Query history — retained locally; clearable from the extension settings at any time
• Saved queries — retained locally; deletable individually or all at once

Uninstalling the Extension removes all locally stored data automatically via Chrome's standard extension lifecycle.

7. Your Data Rights

• View: All stored data is accessible in the extension popup under Settings, Query History, and Saved Queries
• Delete: Remove individual queries or settings, or use Settings → "Clear All Data" to wipe everything at once
• Export: Export saved queries via Settings → Export Queries

8. Security

• All communication with Salesforce uses HTTPS/TLS
• Session tokens are used only for authenticated Salesforce API calls and are never stored persistently or sent to non-Salesforce domains
• The Extension uses Chrome Manifest V3, which enforces strict Content Security Policy and prohibits remote code execution
• No third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external dependencies are included

9. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children. It is a professional developer tool intended for Salesforce administrators and developers in a business context.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
